great service but room needs attention
The warm welcome from Hannah made us feel at home right away. The imaginative food at the restaurant left a lasting impression on us.
The room needed some updating despite being clean and comfortable.

A Family with children paradise
The food was outstanding, especially the scallops with trio of puree, I'm telling you, pure artistry on a plate. Oh, and my little dog? Treated like royalty, even got his own breakfast. Just fantastic!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, it’s acceptable for the quality you get.

Stayed one night in a deluxe king room with a beautifully decorated interior. The room had a cozy vibe with a comfy bed, flat-screen TV, and nice bathroom amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Staff were super helpful, and breakfast had a variety of options including Tunnocks tea cakes with tea. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Had an amazing time with my group of friends! We enjoyed the beautiful garden with a play area, perfect for al fresco dining and afternoon cream teas. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were spotless. Everything was top-notch, from the extra touches in the room to the delicious food.
One friend mentioned that a handrail near the toilet in the wet room would have made their stay more comfortable, especially for those with disabilities.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot with fantastic staff! The extensive garden, complete with a play area, was perfect for our kids, so we could enjoy cream teas outside. The roast beef at dinner was incredibly tender and delicious, just like the service!
My children wanted more family activities available on-site.

Charming Pub with Fantastic Staff
Our stay was delightful, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience enjoyable. We especially loved the scrumptious dinner we had at the restaurant. every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. it was disappointing that food service was limited during our stay, as we had hoped to enjoy a full dinner menu.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We explored the extensive garden with a play area and enjoyed relaxing cream teas outside. The room was clean and comfy, and breakfast was top-notch. Staff were super friendly and always helpful. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.
I found the mattress in our room a bit too firm for my liking, which affected my sleep some nights.

This was just a perfect match for a mini-break over the weekend in Wye with attractive and competitive value for money. The pillows were the best of the 7 days' road trip. Get to breakfast early if you want to avoid a queue.

I enjoyed my stay at The New Flying Horse. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The staff greeted me warmly and were always helpful. I loved the little touches like the complimentary snacks in the room. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, especially the pork belly, but I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed that Sunday evening, forcing me to improvise with a picnic in the room. Breakfast the next morning was decent, though service was a bit slow due to a fire alarm, which caused a delay. I wish the breakfast had better options. the sausages were dry and the bacon overcooked. It would be great if they improved their breakfast offerings. I appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere and the idyllic setting. I'd stay again despite the few hiccups.
